How does it work?
Our platform connects suppliers and recipients in a transparent marketplace. Soil Suppliers provide detailed information about the clean soil available, while Soil Recipients specify their requirements for clean soil. Once a match is identified by SoilSource, relevant information is shared with both parties for review. Upon acceptance on the material conditions, both parties receive a confirmation to proceed with the transaction
Is my data safe?
Absolutely! We prioritise your privacy and security. All personal information is kept confidential and only shared with matched parties upon agreement.
What are the fees?
Our platform operates on a low transaction fee model. This ensures that both suppliers and recipients benefit from competitive pricing. We will charge a marginal fee of AU$5 (GST excl) per tonne of material traded to the Soil Supplier and the Recipients. The weight of the material traded is based of a conversion rate of 1.7 tonnes per cubic meter of soil.
How do I pay?
Payments are securely processed through our website. We offer various payment options for your convenience. Once a deal is confirmed, you will receive instructions on how to complete the payment.
Can I change roles?
Yes, you can switch between Soil Suppliers and Recipients roles at any time. Simply update your profile settings. This flexibility allows you to explore both sides of our marketplace.
